KUALA LUMPUR 7 Julai - Rizab antarabangsa Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) berjumlah RM322.9 bilion bersamaan AS$91.5 bilion pada 30 Jun 2009.
Paras rizab itu telah mengambil kira peningkatan nilai rizab hasil daripada pelarasan sukuan penilaian semula pertukaran asing, berikutan pengukuhan sebahagian mata wang utama berbanding ringgit pada suku kedua.
Ia memadai untuk membiayai 8.5 bulan import tertangguh dan ialah 3.8 kali hutang luar negeri jangka pendek.
