SIME Darby Bhd’s wholly-owned unit Sime Darby Property Bhd, has entered into a share sale agreement with Green Ridge Enterprises Ltd to sell Caring Skyline Sdn Bhd (CSSB) to the latter for RM68 million.
CSSB is an investment holding company, which holds 49 per cent stake in Indonesian group PT Bhumyamca Sekawan whose principal activity is the renting of commercial and industrial space.
